Where we drive
Salinas is home base and roughly a hundred miles in every direction is the working radius. That covers the Monterey Peninsula, the length of the Salinas Valley, the coast up through Santa Cruz, and north on 101 as far as San Jose.
Three counties, one van
Monterey, Santa Cruz and San Benito
There is no shop to drive to, so where you are matters less than you would think. Most of what we do happens in a driveway, a work lot or a farm yard.
If you are near the outer edge of the ring, it is still worth calling. For a full windshield the drive is usually justified, and we will be straight with you about which day we can realistically get there.
Towns we work in most
24 places we go regularly
Drive times are honest estimates from Salinas in normal traffic. Highway 1 through Monterey on a summer weekend is its own thing.
Salinas, CA
Every neighborhood from Alisal and East Salinas to Santa Rita, Creekbridge, and the Boronda Road corridor. Most Salinas calls we can reach within the hour.
Home baseMarina, CA
Quick run up Highway 1. We do a lot of work in the Marina Heights and Cypress Knolls areas, plus the CSUMB lots.
12 min from SalinasCastroville, CA
Straight down Merritt Street. Field trucks and work vans are a big share of what we replace out here.
12 min from SalinasSeaside, CA
Broadway, Del Monte Heights, and the Fremont corridor. Easy same-day territory for us.
15 min from SalinasPrunedale, CA
Up 101 past the San Miguel Canyon exit. Rural driveways are no problem — we bring our own power.
15 min from SalinasSand City, CA
Small city, short drive. We can meet you at a business lot on California Avenue if home isn't convenient.
15 min from SalinasDel Rey Oaks, CA
Tucked between Seaside and Monterey. Tight residential streets, so tell us where to park and we'll work around it.
18 min from SalinasMonterey, CA
Downtown, New Monterey, and the Del Monte area. Parking is the only real constraint — a driveway or a garage lot works best.
20 min from SalinasGonzales, CA
First stop down the valley on 101. Common call: rock chips picked up on the highway between here and Salinas.
20 min from SalinasMoss Landing, CA
Coastal salt air is hard on window seals and mirror housings. We see a lot of leak and mirror work here.
20 min from SalinasWatsonville, CA
Over the Pajaro River into Santa Cruz County. Agricultural fleet work is routine for us up here.
25 min from SalinasPacific Grove, CA
Older narrow streets and a lot of street parking. Give us a heads-up on where the car sits and we'll plan for it.
25 min from SalinasCarmel-by-the-Sea, CA
We come down Highway 1 or through Carmel Valley Road. Luxury and European glass is often a special order — call early.
30 min from SalinasSoledad, CA
Down the valley on 101. Worth calling first thing in the morning so we can group the trip.
30 min from SalinasGilroy, CA
Over Highway 152 or up 101. Well inside our range for same-day work when we're not already booked out.
35 min from SalinasAptos, CA
Santa Cruz County coast. We'll usually pair Aptos and Capitola runs on the same day.
35 min from SalinasHollister, CA
Out Highway 156 into San Benito County. Ranch and job-site calls are common — send us a pin, not just an address.
40 min from SalinasCapitola, CA
Beach parking is the challenge. Home or workplace is easier than the village on a weekend.
40 min from SalinasGreenfield, CA
South valley agriculture. Fleet windshields and work-truck door glass are most of what we do out here.
40 min from SalinasSanta Cruz, CA
Over Highway 1 through the coast. Book a morning slot and we can usually get to you the same day.
45 min from SalinasMorgan Hill, CA
North end of our 101 range. Call ahead so we can build the drive into the schedule.
45 min from SalinasScotts Valley, CA
Up Highway 17 side of our territory. Same-day is possible, next-day is more likely.
50 min from SalinasKing City, CA
Southern edge of the valley. We batch King City and Greenfield runs, so give us a day of notice when you can.
50 min from SalinasSan Jose, CA
The far edge of our 100-mile radius. Worth calling — for a full replacement the drive is usually still worth it.
60 min from SalinasNot listed? The list is where we go most, not a boundary. Call (831) 265-2096 and ask — if you are roughly within a hundred miles of Salinas the answer is usually yes.
Practical questions
Getting us to you
Do you charge extra to travel?
Salinas and the immediate surroundings, no. For the far edges of our range we may group your job with others heading the same direction, which can mean a different day rather than a different price. We will tell you plainly when you call.
My town is not on the list.
Call anyway. The list covers the places we go most often, not a boundary fence. If you are roughly within a hundred miles of Salinas, the answer is usually yes.
How quickly can you get to me?
In and around Salinas, often the same day. Monterey Peninsula and the near valley, usually same or next day. The far edges — San Jose, Santa Cruz, King City — depend on what else is already booked in that direction.
Broken door glass gets pushed to the front of the queue wherever you are, because an open car is a security problem.
Can you come to a job site or a farm rather than a house?
Yes, and a lot of our work is exactly that. Field yards, packing houses, construction sites, employee lots. Send us a dropped pin rather than a street address if the place is hard to describe — it saves everyone a phone call.

Tell us where the car is
Give us the ZIP code along with the vehicle and the damage, and we will tell you when we can realistically be there — not an optimistic guess.
Faster: just call. Someone picks up seven days a week, and we can usually price a common windshield while you are still on the phone.
(831) 265-2096Or text a photo of the damage to the same number.
